Fee Structure
Fees include, but are not limited to: professional coaching fees, league fees, tournament fees, winter programming fees, player and coach risk management fees, facility & field rental costs, referee fees, WYB membership fees, website maintenance, Worthington United director and administrative costs.
Base team fees vary by age group, ranging from $995-$1,590. A non-refundable membership fee of $300 is due at the time of acceptance registration (and counts towards your total base fee). Payment plans with monthly installments are available.

Additional Fees (collected in the final payment plan installment, or billed separately)
- Uniform Package, add ~$140
- Teams that opt for BPL, add $100
- Teams that opt for OSSL/NPL, add $200
- Any additional Tournament Entry Fees, as selected by Teams
Financial Aid
Any WU94 player is eligible to apply for financial aid. Qualification is primarily based on verified family income. The eligibility threshold is combined parental Adjusted Gross Income. Other factors such as unemployment or other financial hardships may also be considered.
Applications for financial aid must be completed and returned to WU94 at least three weeks before the start of a season. You must be able to produce a signed copy of the most recent Federal tax return on Form 1040 (or applicable form) for both parents of the applicant.
Applications will be evaluated by the WU94 Financial Aid Committee. Notification of aid award decisions shall be sent via email to each applicant.
