  • What is the best way to find information about a sport program?

    Basic information about programming options for each sport can be found on this website under the Rec Programs or Tryout Programs sections. For specifics, such as program costs or dates, all of that will be available to you during the registration process once you have logged into your PlayMetrics account. When you use the mobile app, all programs in which a family member is eligible will be presented to you.
  • I have a question about a sport or program. Who can I ask?

    Program Directors are your best bet! We have all Program Contacts listed on our Contact Us page.
  • How do I sign my child up?

    First, you must have a PlayMetrics account. Just click the Login button in the top right corner of this website to create an account or login to an existing one. Once you have your account and family set up, you will be able to see all the options that your children are eligible for. All registration occurs online, either on the website or on the PlayMetrics mobile app.
  • Who can participate in WYB programs?

    It differs by program type: Recreational Programs shall be composed of residents of the Worthington School District or students who attend schools within the Worthington School District. Proof may be requested. Select (Tryout) Programs shall be open based on participant eligibility. Programs with registration caps may require participants to reside within the Worthington School District. Please refer to WYB Policies for the latest on eligibility.
  • How do I get help with registration?

    There are several help articles listed on the PlayMetrics announcement. Or you may contact PlayMetrics support at support@playmetrics.com for further assistance.
  • Can I make special requests for my child during or after registration?

    You may include one special request at the time of registration if the option is available. Not all programs take special requests. Please do not send special requests through emails. Team/coach/player requests are not guaranteed. Program Directors and Commissioners do their best to honor requests. Coaches may not request specific players beside their own child(ren).
  • Is it too late to register?

    It is at the program director's discretion whether to accept late registrations. A late fee may be added to the cost. We also recommend looking through other available programs that are still open and perhaps trying something new!
  • When will I see a schedule?

    Typically rostering does not happen until registration closes, and therefore you may not have a team assignment with specific dates and times right away. Once rostered, you will gain access to the team via the mobile app where you can chat with the coach or team, check the schedule, and even RSVP for upcoming events.
  • How do I become a coach?

  • Is there a mobile app?

    YES! And we strongly encourage you to use it! PlayMetrics is a mobile-first solution and you will be able to do nearly everything you need to right there on your mobile device.
